To sell an item, you must have a BloxBay.gg account and have the item in your inventory.
To have an item in your inventory you can either
(i) Buy an item or (ii) Deposit an item.

Go to the ‘Inventory’ tab,

Click on ‘Select’ the item

The item gets selected and your cart is updated

You shall enter your selling price and will see:
the total amount of your sell,
the applied fees and
the amount you will receive when the item is sold

Finally, tick the ‘i accept the terms and conditions’ and ‘Put on Sale’
In your inventory, your item will now have the ‘€’ icon to show it is on sale

You can take items off sale in the inventory tab and put them back on sale at any time.

1) The bot's nickname is always specified when creating a trade. Always compare the nickname on the site and the nickname in mm2 before giving items to a bot.
2)The bot's nickname should not be in brackets. If you see a bot's nickname in brackets, it means that the original nickname has been changed in-game, which means it's a fake.
3) As a general rule, if you follow the steps explained in the Deposit and Withdraw processes and use the links we provide then you will meet a real bot.

As soon as you click on the green Join button, you will be redirected to the VIP mm2 server where you and your bot will meet. If there is no bot on the server then wait a few seconds or recreate the trade on the site.

You may have traded items , or with wrong quantities that you did not specified in the deposit menu. Make sure to deposit the exact items and amounts, otherwise, the bot won't accept the trade.
Try to make a trade a little later.

This can happen in several cases:
1) You entered the wrong nickname. Enter the nickname of your Roblox account, RP name will not work.
2) You have entered the nickname of another account. You may have different accounts logged in at the same time in the browser and in the Roblox app.
3) The time allocated for trading with the bot is up, it means that the time for the trade has already passed. 4) It is worth considering that bots may not work during maintenance. Wait for some time until the maintenance work is over, and then try to bring out your item(s) again.

Long bot searches are possible for several reasons:

• Most or all bots are on maintenance.
• Heavy load on bots/site.
• The bot you ordered is broken.

We recommend in such a case to try again a little later.
You can always cancel the bot search or write to the site support for clarification.

Make sure you are creating a withdrawal trade and not a deposit trade.
To withdraw item in the inventory tab, select the item and click "Withdraw" in the inventory.

Deposit an item means to transfer and entrust one an item in the game to your BloxBay.gg inventory.
This is the first step prior to selling an item.
You will no longer have the item in the game but you will have it in your inventory.

To deposit an item, you shall go to the ‘Inventory’ tab

and click on the ‘Deposit’ area.

Select the item(s) you want to deposit (maximum of 4 per Deposit) and their quantities (maximum of 50) then ‘Continue’

You will then have to enter your in-game Nickname so we can identify you in the game, then ‘Save Nickname’
This is NOT your name in BloxBay.gg.

You will be allocated a bot for your trade.

Click on ‘Add to friends’ .
That will open a new tab in your browser where you shall click on
‘Add to Friend’ which will become ‘Pending’

Close this tab and get back to BloxBay.gg

After 20 seconds you can click on ‘Done’

You access the queue and an estimation of your waiting time Is given. This time depends how many are ahead of you .

It is an estimation and may vary in both directions so we advise you to stay and check carefully the timer.
When your bot is available, you will be asked to join the bot in the game, You can use the link to the bot profile where you can click on ‘Join’.
Note that you are allocated a limited amount of time to perform the trade (approximatively 1 minute) because other players are also waiting for their trades.
This time shall be enough but in case of timeout then the trade will be cancelled. We advise you to be well prepared and keep record of the items and quantities You committed to trade

and click on ‘Trade’
This will open the trade window where you will select the exact items and their exact quantities.
Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the trade.
Once you are ready, you can validate and confirm the trade.

The deposited items are now in your inventory and ready for sale

Withdrawing an item means to transfer an item from your BloxBay.gg inventory to your account in the game.
You will no longer have the item in your inventory.

This error means that the item(s) you added to your cart have already been purchased or have been removed from sale by the seller. Remove the item(s) from your cart and try adding them again, or shop one item at a time.
If the error occurs when withdrawing items: remove all items from the withdrawal cart in your inventory and reload the page.

When buying and selling, a marketplace fee is applied. There is a fixed fee and a percentage fee for sellers. Fees percentage may vary depending on the item price.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to return the item after you have bought it, as the seller immediately receives money on his balance for the sold item. When this happens, we recommend you put the item up for sale.

If you are sure that the trade was successful (meaning you dont have the items in mm2 anymore), contact our support team. You will be required to provide a screenshot of the trade with the bot and describe the problem. Please not that we record each trade. Be patient! Checking a bot takes time! Don't worry, we will try to help you.

Make sure you have not put them up for sale. To see your sales history, click on your Bloxbay account profile and then select the "My transactions" section in the top bar.

Check to see if you are actually logged into the account where you had the item. If you are sure that the item are really missing, contact our support team and follow the instructions given by our staff to get help.

Withdrawing money is the process to receive on your bank account, you BloxBay.gg balance from your past sales.

To withdraw money, you shall click on the cog to access your parameters and select ‘Withdraw funds’

On the left side, you shall choose the payment method (may vary from country to country)

On the right side, you can see your balance and set the withdraw amount
Tick the ‘accept terms and consirtions’ and ‘Proceed to withdraw’

You will see a summary of the withdraw with the fees and the amount you will receive.
Click on ‘Continue’ to procceed.

Note that the withdrawal may take up to 5 days.

Cashout is done within 2 to 4 days. This depends on the bank you choose when withdrawing funds. .

Usually, funds are credited within 48 hours. If more than 4 days have passed, please contact our support service. You will need to provide a screenshot that shows the withdraw request.
